Tom Sweetman

Tom has decades of experience as a manual practitioner in the field of promoting health, and has studied and practiced whole body health since the 1970s. He is deeply committed to continuing his own education, as well as providing others with the benefit of his knowledge and experience. He has taught massage therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, and visceral manipulation, and also has served as President of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Ontario. Tom has particular expertise in treating musculo-skeletal problems, back pain, headaches, concussion, whiplash, fibromyalgia, athletes's performance enhancement/recovery from injury, rehabilitation of seniors as well as assisting mothers and their infants.
Tom has an extensive history of treating professional athletes and contributing to their success. This includes players in the Canadian Football League, National Lacrosse League, golfers on the PGA tour, past professional and youth soccer players, nationally ranked ski team members and members of some of Canada’s top curling rinks, some of whom are champions and Olympians. Athletes rely on their bodies functioning at peak capacity, but everyone can benefit from improved performance and adaptability. This is the case whether one is at a computer for many hours per day or caring for children – these can be considered athletic activities in their own right. Everyone can benefit from improved functional performance.
Frederick Prack
Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Certified Psychotherapeutic Counselor.
Fred has been working to heal people’s bodies and minds since the 1960s, teaching meditation, breathwork, and personal development systems. He has also been a teacher, and worked as a Clinic Supervisor at Kikkawa College of Shiatsu & Massage.
Fred is a practitioner of Wholeness Therapy, which focuses on the body and mind as an integrated and interconnected system. The goal is to bring all of the different aspects of ourselves back into balance to improve our everyday lives. Our lifestyles have provided us with many ways to damage our bodies, and while we can treat the body, it is often important to treat the underlying mental causes to help prevent the damage from recurring. To do this, Fred promotes increased body/mind balance and harmony.
